Coyote Scoop Terms and Conditions
Client Responsibilities: The Client shall ensure safe and unobstructed access to and from the service area (hereinafter "Yard") for Coyote Scoop personnel. In the event that access is impeded, preventing service, the Client shall be liable for the full cost of the scheduled visit. The Client shall promptly notify Coyote Scoop in writing of any changes in the number of pets utilizing the Yard and shall remit all outstanding balances in accordance with invoiced due dates.
Inclement Weather: In cases where hazardous weather conditions render scheduled service unsafe or impracticable, Coyote Scoop shall reschedule and perform the service at the earliest feasible opportunity, with no additional liability for delays.
Service Suspension: Should the Client’s pet(s) not utilize the Yard for any period (e.g., due to travel, illness, or other circumstances), the Client must provide advance written notice to Coyote Scoop to temporarily suspend service and avoid charges for unnecessary visits.
Liability Disclaimer: Coyote Scoop, its employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any damages to the Yard, gates, pets, or other property, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from or related to the provision of services. Coyote Scoop personnel shall exercise reasonable care to prevent property damage or pet escapes; however, the Client assumes all risks associated with such incidents.
Pet Safety and Conduct: The Client shall inspect the Yard and associated gates prior to each service visit to confirm no pets have escaped and shall secure any aggressive or potentially hazardous pets indoors or in a separate area during service to ensure the safety of Coyote Scoop personnel and the pet(s).
Fee and Promotion Adjustments: Coyote Scoop reserves the right to modify fees or promotional offers at its discretion. The Client shall receive written notification of any such changes at least fourteen (14) days prior to their effective date.
Termination of Service: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other. All unpaid balances shall become due and payable within fifteen (15) days of termination.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coyote Scoop, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from incidents related to the provision of services, including but not limited to pet escapes, property damage, or personal injury.
Agreement to Terms: By engaging Coyote Scoop’s services, the Client acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
